Longmont Core Classes

Students will focus on core strength, improving balance and coordination. Core conditioning improves pelvic and spinal alignment, muscle strength, and control. This class compliments any dance technique class.

AGES: 9 and up

DRESS CODE:

GIRLS:
• Yoga mat
• Bare feet
• Leotard, tank, or sports bra
• Spandex shorts
• Hair in a ponytail or a controlled fashion away from the face
• No jewelry accept for studs

BOYS:
• Yoga mat
• Bare feet
• Ribbed tank with athletic shorts above the knee
• Spandex shorts underneath
