Hip Hop Fitness: Move and Groove!

Join us for FREE in-person and virtual classes for the community!

Tuesdays, 10:15am-11:15am MST and Thursdays, 1-2pm MST
This schedule goes through the end of 2020 and is subject to change due to state executive orders and/or county ordinances that may impact the ability to hold in-person classes, including but not limited to quarantine requirements.

PCDC (Production Company Dance Centre)
1401 Ken Pratt Blvd, #1A
Longmont, CO 80501
Directions: We are at the corner of Nelson and Ken Pratt. There is no direct access off Ken Pratt so families will need to turn on Sherman Street (look for Le Peep) and then take an immediate right into the parking lot. We are next door to Appliance Factory Outlet.

Come move and groove in an inclusive environment that celebrates individual levels and uplifts the mind, body and Spirit! This class takes simple groove moves, social dances and repeated patterns to the chorus and verses of upbeat and positive Hip-Hop tracks, as well as some Latin beats. The format is geared towards cardiovascular training and enjoying a good sweat! It is comparable to the format of a Zumba class but with Hip-Hop Funk moves instead. The songs go back to back with short breaks for hydration and recovery. The end has a cool down and stretch. All levels are welcome and the instructor shares modification for higher and lower impact.

Class size is limited to 5 in-person participants for physical distancing. Please RSVP by 8pm the night before class. In-person participants are first come first served and participants exceeding 5 will be notified the night before. *Registration does not guarantee a spot in class.*
